The volunteer meeting, includes Dinner, rod rigging, goodie bucket stuffing, final set up, and silent auction.
Saturday - March 13th, 2027 - 6:30 AM Show Up and Prep for the tourney!
Join us for a day of fun, food, and fishing!
This meeting is at the tournament site.
Go over safety protocols, lay out how the event should go.
Prepare the area and rig the fishing poles.
Prep the site with what can be allowed / left over night.
Pizza will be provided for dinner.
During this volunteer meeting:
organizing items for the upcoming event
finalize everyone's roles and responsibilities
determine what remaining items need to be picked up on Friday.
For those who purchased online tickets - Pick up online tickets at "WILL CALL"
Live and Silent Auction Items! Tickets include Entry to Auction, $5000 Casino spending money, hors d'oeuvres from local restaurants!
Suggestion for parking: Use UBER/LYFT/Taxi/Trolly or other means of transportation to the Auction, parking is very limited.

Volunteer committee meeting to discuss Wisconsin’s Coulee Region Make a Difference Fishing tournament. Come and be a part of helping with this fishing tournament, snacks and refreshments will be provided.
Volunteers needed for: registration, statistician, photographer, t-shirt station, cooks, food prep, food delivery, bait and tackle station, trash, announcer, prize presenter, clean-up crew, etc.…
