Wisconsin: Make A Difference Coulee Region - Volunteer Meeting

Volunteer committee meeting to discuss Wisconsin’s Coulee Region Make a Difference Fishing tournament.  Come and be a part of helping with this fishing tournament, snacks and refreshments will be provided.

Volunteers needed for: registration, statistician, photographer, t-shirt station, cooks, food prep, food delivery, bait and tackle station, trash, announcer, prize presenter, clean-up crew, etc.…

• Pick up online ordered tickets at "WILL CALL" the night of the Auction.

• Live and Silent Auction Items! Tickets include Entry to Auction, $5000 Casino spending money, hors d'oeuvres from local restaurants!

• Suggestion for parking:  Use UBER/LYFT/Taxi/Trolly or other means of transportation to the Auction, parking is very limited. 
  

During this volunteer meeting:

• organizing items for the upcoming event

• finalize everyone's roles and placements

• determine what remaining items need to be picked up on Friday.

This meeting is at the tournament site. 

Go over safety protocols, lay out how the event should go. 

Prepare the area and rig the fishing poles.

Prep the site with what can be allowed / left over night. 

Pizza will be provided for dinner.

Join us for a day of fun, food, and fishing! Food and drinks will be provided during the event.

Event open to adults and kids: All anglers receive a rod and reel to keep!  

Registration will open on September 3rd, 2026

The volunteer meeting, includes Dinner, rod rigging, goodie bucket stuffing, final set up, and silent auction.
